Excited to announce that Nick Hudson has joined Conveyance Law, PLC as an Associate.

Nick advises clients on construction law and commercial real estate transactions — and he brings something most attorneys don't: he's actually done the work. Raised in a family construction business and having worked as a general laborer, Nick approaches every contract and negotiation with a "dirt-to-desk" perspective that our clients immediately recognize and appreciate.

He represents general contractors, family-owned subcontractors, and commercial developers, with a focus on proactive risk management and locking in favorable terms before a project ever breaks ground. He also advises on commercial leasing and landlord-tenant matters to help clients protect and maximize the value of their real estate assets.
