When your childhood friend sends their kids your way… that’s pretty special. ☀️❤️

Kelsey sent me a text that said, “I have no idea what we are doing or where to start, so I’m glad to have you pointing us in the right direction.” And honestly… that’s exactly why I love what I do.

This sweet Oxford, KS home hit the market, they already had their pre-approval ready, and we jumped on it fast. In a competitive situation, they trusted the process, stayed hopeful, and we got the call — they got the house. 🙌🏡

I’ve known her family for years, so watching Landon & Kelsey step into this next season just feels extra meaningful to me. There’s something really sweet about seeing life come full circle like that.
