Wondering what you can get in Centennial for under $900k?

This transaction was great for so many reasons. My clients had their eyes on a couple of blocks in this neighborhood, with the intention of living no more than 10 minutes walking distance from their family. When this home came on, they were ready to pounce! We were initially in a bidding war for this home and lost it to a cash offer. We decided to submit a backup offer, and we lucked out- the first contract fell through, and their loss was our opportunity. The house appraised for more than the contract price, so we started with instant equity, AND we were able to secure $21500 in concessions for the client to use at closing.

This was the first home I ever sold, so it meant a lot to be called back again. This client has always been special to me, from handmaking towels for my kids when they were born to sending us children’s books her daughter created. We still read them at bedtime.
