A truly exciting transaction! Even on the most upgraded home in the neighborhood, on a brand new listing, I secured a 2-1 buy down for my buyers, along with every inspection request on their list. We didn’t stop there. I negotiated a $9,000 outdoor fireplace down to $2,500 and kept the entire transaction collaborative by building genuine rapport with the seller. We're still in communication and made great friends. Smart strategy, real relationships, and meaningful savings for my clients.
