to this other area that is more innate, more instinctual, more honed. With the years of experience Alli has had with real estate and the years Graham as had in marketing we feel this way about real estate and marketing. And we see this in others we work with in real estate as well. A profound ability to simply know. Know how to navigate obstacles. Know how to accomplish our client’s dreams. We didn’t really have worlds for it until we saw a quote and we immediately felt it was a sign about the name of our upcoming brokerage:

As we looked at the industry we felt there was an opportunity to create something that is missing. There are many brokerages. A new addition may not seem necessary. So we asked a lot of questions and talked with a lot of people we deeply respect. And we saw a theme. Something was definitely missing. And as we explored it further we realized this is exactly what we want to create. We feel the broker / brokerage model is backwards. The priorities are misaligned. The values are out of balance. And this is why we’ve created the brokerage that puts our Brokers first! We want a workplace that is all inclusive, recognizes and appreciates hard work and in an environment that celebrates and promotes brokers - not the brokerage. Inspired by the world leading Mayo Clinic, the interests of our brokers come first and we are here to serve them. And we believe within this model - the broker that is hired to help assist in a buy and/or sell of a home is definitely putting their clients first. The way it should be!
