In addition to taking photos, when you are injured in an auto accident, also:
1. Obtain and exchange all information with the other drivers and cars involved. Also obtain any witness information.
2. Insist the police come out and make an onsite traffic accident report.
3. Obtain immediate medical care and then follow-up medical care for your injuries.
