Estoy buscando a un abogado/a bilingüe para ayudar una cliente residente de Denver en la compraventa (donación) a ella de una casa en Denver de su tía que vive en México. Para el asunto se necesita la preparación de una escritura (special warranty deed) aquí para mandar a México y arreglar el transito allí para seguir las formalidades requisitas para completar la transacción y registrar la escritura aquí en el condado de Denver. ¿Por favor puedes ayudarme en esta búsqueda? Join us for a virtual primer on Guatemalan
Child Welfare Law. The presentation will be
in Spanish, with the opportunity to ask questions in both Spanish and English. The discussion covers the evolution of Child Welfare Law in Guatemala since 2007, the role of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and a case study on how the evolution of these laws have impacted the children's home of which Mr. De Leon is Executive Director. The SSLC is asking participants to donate to Hogar de Niños Fátima when registering for this CLE.The home has been desperately impacted by the pandemic losing many of its sponsors and we are seeking to raise $2000 to help the home meet its diaper needs for the children.

Our Speaker: Pedro de León is an attorney and director of the Fátima Children’s Home located in Guatemala City. Pedro has been involved with the Home since its founding in 2002 and director since 2016. Pedro has extensive knowledge of child welfare law in Guatemala and firsthand experience working with some of Central America’s most vulnerable children.
