EmergeCounsel is thrilled to announce that our team is moving its practice to Buchalter, a full-service national law firm servicing businesses, entrepreneurs, individuals, and organizations of all sizes for more than 90 years.

A Message from Steve Weigler -

"I loved the challenge of building EmergeCounsel from inception to success over the last ten years, and I am exceptionally fortunate to have forged many meaningful client relationships around the world. However, as my clients grew, so did the breadth of their legal needs. EmergeCounsel simply did not have the legal human resources to provide comprehensive services to be the one-stop law firm for its clients, especially in the areas of taxation, real estate planning, and non-IP litigation. This issue was frustrating to me.

Finding Buchalter, a like-minded comprehensive business firm, seems like a natural and logical next step for my team and me.

Our entire team is moving to Buchalter, allowing our practice to remain the same as it was at EmergeCounsel. However, joining Buchalter will allow my team and my clients access to additional resources in almost every area of law and in almost every US jurisdiction, which is a game-changer.
