Just got a Chapter 11 plan approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Successful restructuring of a local 15 employee restaurant where operations will fully continue with everybody keeping their jobs!

Just won a two full day Bankruptcy non-discharge trial on behalf of a general contractor client wrongly accused of fraud and who was potentially on the hook for an almost one million dollar judgment. Opposing counsel, a self proclaimed “big shot litigator” who went to all of the “right” schools, had repeatedly referred to my client as a criminal. But, we fought against a deep pocket plaintiff and never gave up! Victory truly tastes sweet!
