During my decades in law enforcement and Emergency Medical Services, I learned early on the most important part of any response wasn't the incident itself, it was the people living through it. When my wife passed away from a lengthy cancer battle of her own, finding myself a widower at just 39 years old, I experienced firsthand the confusion, uncertainty, and overwhelming number of decisions families face after losing someone they love. That experience shaped the way I practice real estate today.
Probate has never been about selling houses for me. It's about helping people. Whether an estate includes Real Property, whether the family decides to sell it, or whether there isn't a home involved at all, I'm always willing to answer questions, share resources, and help families find the right professionals.
If you're an attorney, care manager, assisted living professional, financial advisor, social worker, or anyone who serves older adults and their families, I'd be honored to be a resource whenever someone simply needs a place to start.
