That's a wrap on eXpCON 2025! ✈️ back to Colorado tonight and recapping all my notes from an incredible week.

I'm so thankful for my wonderful husband. He was immersed in all things real estate this week just to support me.

In addition to all of these nighttime events, he stayed up late with me and woke up early to support me while leading worship prior to each day's kickoff.

We walked the beach together, walked all over the city, rode the trolley, swam in the ocean & finished our trip with a paddleboarding session in the ocean. I love you more Jim Conzelman ❤️

I feel blessed to be a part of this community and to be a part of The Leaders Group for the Wolfpack. I've been mostly quiet about my transition from Employing Broker/Owner of mine and Gabe's company to joining eXp and creating my own group here.

It has been ONE of the BEST decisions I've made to pivot in an uncertain market, head off financial strain, and give time back to myself to do what any grieving person must learn to do...LIVE again!

I'm grateful to stand shoulder to shoulder with the Wolfpack Crew at eXp. We're building an incredible community for the agents that choose to partner with us. This Custom home with stellar wall to wall mountain views is finally closed! We saw multiple seasons during the listing period. Our first photo shoot was a gamble between 1 snow storm after the other. We refreshed with new photos and video in the spring 🌸 and also in the summer ☀️

After 6 long months and a reset of expectations, my seller agreed to some significant adjustments. It involved and entire interior repaint, removal of nearly ALL personal belongings like art and furniture, and a decent price reduction. Within just a few days, the right buyer walked through my open house and decided to claim it for their own.

This market is significantly different then in years past. Showings are at a trickle, inventory is at a surplus and buyer expectations are high!

I'm thankful for a collaborative and cooperative relationship with my seller. Adjustments along the way made for a successful finish! Ultimately, I'm thrilled for the Closing of one chapter for my sellers and quick bright new future living on the golf course ⛳️

First-time home buyers are one of my favorites! I was referred this local buyer from a friend out of state, who I used to lead worship together.

Our first go around, 18 months ago, led us to terminate at inspection due to delayed HOA structural repairs and a nonwarrantable condo complex. My client was pressed for time and had to rent an apartment for a year. We started up round 2 in the spring and searched diligently for the perfect place. In today's less competitive market, we were able to find a bigger place (townhome with nearly 1700 sq ft versus a 1 bed condo), offer $20,000 less & even negotiate inspections from their previous contract.

My sweet 25 year-old client just purchased her first house and will be selling into her new home before starting her masters program in Boulder. Timing sure is an interesting thing! What once was a disappointing venture turned into an incredible success 🙌

My amazing friend and lender had is cleared to close in only 9 days! We moved FAST on this one. From offer to closing was only 12 days! What an amazing whirlwind!!

Successful WIN for my sellers! Was blessed to work with this family when they first moved here to Colorado 4 years ago and I was navigating fresh driving skills after 4 mos and showing homes on crutches. Their family quickly made me a friend, opening their hearts and lives to me. I'm grateful for the opportunity of meeting incredible people like this in my job.

They bought this home in a competitive market, winning an offer without over-paying or conceding everything. They've brought 2 additional children into the world living in this home. Now the seasons change and new opportunities await out of state.
