Pre-drywall walkthrough with my buyer today! 🏡
This is when we tour the home before drywall is installed so we can see everything behind the walls — framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. It’s one of the best opportunities to make sure everything looks right before it all gets covered up.
New construction is exciting, but having someone there to guide you through each step of the process makes a big difference.
