The ideal candidate is a self-starter with prior civil litigation experience, excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and strong attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow their skills through an active role on our firm’s complex litigation cases. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· JD from an ABA accredited law school and admitted in good standing to the Colorado bar;

· Disciplined self-starter with excellent work ethic;

· Ability to plan ahead and manage both time and workflow with multiple direct reports;

· Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills;

· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;

· Strong legal research and writing abilities.

Applicants should respond with a cover letter, resume, and references. Annual salary range for this full-time position is between $106,000 - $125,000 depending on experience. We offer a hybrid work environment (not fully remote), 401(k) matching, $250 annual dental reimbursement, a $300 monthly health insurance stipend, parking reimbursement, and phone stipend. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to our downtown office regularly before starting work. Annual discretionary bonus may also be available, depending on a variety of factors.
