Established in 1954, CTLA promotes & protects individual rights through the judicial, legislative & administrative process as well as through arbitration, mediation & other alternative means of dispute resolution. The association also assists in the continuing legal education & training of trial lawyers & provides social, recreational, health & economic benefits. Over the years, CTLA members have

been active as volunteers throughout the state helping with speaker bureaus, pro bono projects, community service projects & teaching the People’s Law School through Colorado Free University.

There was something different about Vail this year.

We had record numbers at Convention 2026 sponsored by ChartSquad, but that's not what we'll remember most.

We'll remember the conversations between sessions. The laughs. The new connections. Catching up with old friends. And a CTLA community that genuinely seemed happy to be together.
