Francisco Martinez is a trial attorney, civil litigator, and former felony prosecutor. He is a proven and compassionate advocate, who can assist and counsel clients through all stages of litigation.
Francisco served as Deputy District Attorney for the 18th Judicial District and prosecuted thousands of cases including First Degree Murder, Attempted Murder, Assault, Aggravated Robbery, Drug Trafficking, Domestic Violence, and DUIs. He has tried over 57 jury trials as a prosecutor. Francisco also practiced workers’ compensation defense for carriers and self-insured employers. As a result, he has a unique perspective on the strategies and mindset of insurance carriers.
Representing victims and helping them navigate the court system has been one of Francisco’s most rewarding and impactful accomplishments. Francisco understands that being injured can be an incredibly stressful and difficult experience, which is why he prioritizes communication and empathy with his clients. Francisco is a native of New Mexico and received his undergraduate degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. He went on to study law at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, California. During his free time, he loves to spend time with his family and be outdoors.
