Yesterday was a big day! (Yes, I’m reposting because my images didn’t come through the way I wanted them to!) Two closings. Two very different deals, two very different properties, and two very different circumstances.
📸 1️⃣: An amazing gem of a home on Denver’s NW side. It’s incredible inside with vaulted ceilings, tons of light, and exposed brick. The buyers were swift decision makers! We went in, we negotiated the must-haves, and we got the deal done in record time thanks to their magician of a lender! Then I found out they got engaged over the weekend! Wee hoo! Felicidades, Amigos!
📸 2️⃣: LOOK AT THOSE SMILES!! This one meant a lot to me. I have clients who own a few income properties throughout Denver. They were ready to let this one go. They haven’t increased the rent for their tenants for 13 years!!! I tell you, some great people are landlords, but these people are saints! So, when it came time to put it on the market, I could tell they were uncomfortable with the idea that their tenants would be vulnerable to rent increases or even eviction. I suggested that they offer to sell the property as-is to the tenants, and guess what? The tenants made it happen! These young, savvy, new homeowners are building something great for their future and the sellers are just as happy to know they’ve done a good thing. It’s a win-win all around!
Oh, and 📸 3️⃣: I got an award. It means I’m in an elite club that sold more than $20M in volume last year. I’m proud of the work I put it. And today, I am extra happy and thankful for how I get to help people everyday.
closingday thankful gratitude
