Horrible experience at IKEA Centennial. I purchased the wrong 2 mattresses they placed in the wrong bin.

I returned one mattress telling the clerk I had to retrieve the second mattress for return. The clerk was silent. Went back with the second mattress today (less than five days after purchase) and was told I could not do a second return. Things went downhill from there. The ”manager” said she was fine if I put it out on social media. So that is what I am doing.

I soon realized why there is an escalator-up going into the store but only steep steps leaving the store.
