Q1 Market update:
We're seeing a diverging market between homes and condos. Home prices are stable and sales volume is flat, while condo prices are down 3–6% year-over-year and sales continue to decline, largely driven by rising HOA and insurance costs. Inventory is slightly up for condos and down for homes, with months of inventory still favoring sellers in both segments, though condo buyers now have more negotiating leverage.
