I ran into this while house shopping with clients yesterday. This poor cardinal (undoubtedly always my favorite bird) smashed into the grill of a red chevy colorado. Depending on culture a dead bird either means death and/or something terrible is looming, or, rebirth and/or the end of a negative cycle you are in. Well, no doubt hoping for the latter on this one!

Under Contract!! Congrats to my sellers for getting back under Contract yesterday after the first deal collapsed 4 days from closing due to buyer financing issues!!

Find the silver lining... lesson to be learned and rule #1, DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING BEFORE YOU SIGN THE PAPERS!!! But ask your lender...!
