Elaina A. DeNolf – Attorney
Elaina DeNolf is a Denver general practice attorney for The Law Firm of Kurtz & Peckham, PC. Elaina DeNolf has been a member of our team since 2013. She has a primary focus in family law where she uses her knowledge, compassion, and experience to help clients navigate through their family issue. Elaina DeNolf became a lawyer because she wanted to help people and provide individualized representation.

A Denver native, Elaina graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2012, having previously acquired her B.A. in History from Metro State College of Denver. Elaina is also an officer in Colorado’s Air National Guard at Buckley Air Force Base.

At Kurtz & Peckham, PC, Elaina’s practice focuses on traffic defense, criminal defense and family law.

Elaina spends her free time with family, mostly walking and biking. When time permits, she is always looking for the next vacation spot!
