Being a Real Estate expert in the Denver Metro area is both challenging and rewarding. Challenging because the front range of the Rockies has been the hottest real estate in the country for the last 3 years, resulting in market forces that create a lot of buyers and very few sellers. Rewarding because, through hard work, the application of sound real estate principles and the tiniest bit of luck,
clients' dreams can and do come true! I love helping clients understand the intricacies and opportunities of the Denver Metro market. Even though the last couple of years have been demanding given our low housing inventory, it's extremely satisfying to find the one home that's perfect for a specific buyer and then compete fiercely to have their offer accepted. Selling a home in this market is equally thorny. It requires, above all else, the expertise to optimally price the home while at the same time negotiating a sales time frame that least interrupts the client's lives. To provide this service and provide it well, it's extremely important to continually stay on top of the ebb and flow of Denver's market. I pride myself on being up to the minute when called upon to provide effective counsel and strategy to my clients. Additionally, today's technology gives real estate professionals the ability to "break out" of traditional geographically-limited neighborhoods, allowing them to assist clients anywhere in the Denver area in a competitive manner. In other words, today's realtor knows no boundaries. From a personal standpoint, engaging clients in the overall selling and buying processes and really getting to know them is what makes my job so rewarding! I grew up in a town of 300 in America's Heartland, learning the value of friendship, family and community. Conversely, I served for decades as a Human Resources Manager for a major corporation in Denver that employed a hundred times the population of my little town, learning the value of teamwork, trust and accountability. I engage with clients on both personal and professional levels, getting to know them, building mutual trust and attending to their real estate needs in the same manner I would with my own family.
