RENTAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATIONS open at midnight on 1/21/2025.
The Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) program opens on Tuesday, January 21st for pre-applications. The pre-application window will be for 3 days and applicants will be notified if they were selectee or not selected, no later than the following Monday.
