For decades, Lowry Air Force Base trained military personnel from across the country, even serving as a temporary location for the Air Force academy. It officially closed in 1994 after training over 1.1 million military personnel.

And that’s ok.

A lot of my job is not what you would expect. It is the extra stuff. The little details. The things that help a home look its best and help a seller feel fully supported.

Just closed! This one took time. Over a year of searching, more than 50 homes, and even a contract we chose to walk away from when the inspection raised concerns. This home hit the market right before Christmas.
Anyone in real estate knows that can be a tricky window. Buyers are traveling, schedules are full, and most people assume the market pauses for the holidays.
