Did you know one of Denver’s most beloved neighborhoods was once an active military base?
For decades, Lowry Air Force Base trained military personnel from across the country, even serving as a temporary location for the Air Force academy. It officially closed in 1994 after training over 1.1 million military personnel.
Instead of letting the property sit vacant; it was reimagined. Parks replaced runways. Restaurants and coffee shops replaced training facilities. Historic buildings were preserved and woven into a vibrant neighborhood that has since been recognized nationally as one of the most successful military base redevelopments in the country.
Today, Officer’s Row stands as a reminder of that history.
And tucked within it is a home that captures the character of the neighborhood perfectly.
Soaring ceilings. Hardwood floors. Expansive windows. A loft inspired design that feels both industrial and inviting. The main level offers space to gather, work from home and unwind on a private balcony, while the upper level creates a quiet retreat with a spacious primary suite.
Some homes are about square footage.
Others are about being part of a story.
This one happens to offer both.
