Creative Financing (Sellers)
A plan can be a good option for anyone looking to sell their home without having to sell it at a discounted price. As an illustration of how creative financing works, I will share the story of a seller I helped in the past. After a past seller and her husband recently purchased a home, her husband sadly passed away a few months later. After this tragic event, she needed to sell her house to move back to Texas and live with her relatives. In an attempt to sell the home, she contacted a realtor, who told her she had to make repairs before anyone would purchase it and priced the house $20,000 under market. Due to her lack of funds, the discounted price, and grief over the loss, she had difficulty selling her home. By using Rent to Buy and Path to Homeownership, we can provide homes for families and potential purchasing opportunities within two years. Our partner program works as follows:
