Melisa is a native of New Jersey but got to Colorado as fast as she could by driving across the county in 2007. With a Cuban mother and Colombian father, Melisa is fluent in Spanish and has a passion for piano that she picked up from her father, and baking and gardening which she picked up from her mother. Creative passions are not the only thing Melisa picked up from her parents. Both are discipl
ined with a strong work ethic; Melisa brings that grit and perseverance to her real estate career. She is willing to put in long hours and hard work to help deliver a dream home or investment portfolio for her clients. Melisa found her love of real estate while working for a real estate law firm when she was studying full-time in college. By the age of 23, Melisa chose to purchase an investment property instead of buying a new car. Her passion for real estate has continued to grow ever since then. With 17 years of commercial real estate experience and many transferable skills that apply to the residential world, Melisa is ready to assist her clients in achieving their real estate goals. When Melisa is not in real estate mode, you can find her hiking, doing floral arrangements, gardening, playing piano, baking cake decorating, or teaming up with her husband to chase around their 2 and 4-year-old.
