In this market, it is imperative to have your home fully ready before it hits the market. That may mean staging if necessary, replacing carpet if needed, or adding fresh paint to make sure the home shows at its absolute best. Preparation matters.

Equally important is having a real estate professional who will guide you through the process and help position the home with a strategic price from day one. Pricing and presentation together are what create momentum in today’s market.

This is something I emphasize often when coaching our agents at HomeSmart. I believe in practicing what I preach. Being a true professional means educating our clients and the public about what the market is actually doing right now.
