This is so important ‼️

One of the easiest ways to lose money on a flip is getting out of sync with your contractor before the project even starts. Walking the property together helps tighten up the bid, align the scope, and make sure everyone is seeing the same plan before a dollar gets spent. That step alone can save a lot of headaches later 📈
