Fantastic news! The federal government will recognize the Immigration Judges' union- this is an important step for fairness and independence in our immigration courts.

The U.S. Department of Justice will again recognize the union representing immigration judges, reversing course on a Trump-era policy that had effectively stonewalled it, the union said Tuesday.

Hey friends and colleagues, unfortunately Facebook has decided I'm not who I say I am and restricted my account from advertising! I've submitted several requests, but their process is completely opaque, so it's difficult to tell you about all the exciting things going on here (9th Circuit arguments, being on the local news), but hopefully we'll find our way out of the advertising dungeon soon!
