Fantastic news!!
🚨LEGE UPDATE: The Ethical Pet Sales Bill (HB 3458) and the Veterinary Telemedicine Bill (HB 3364) have successfully passed out of their respective House committees! HB 3458 advanced with a 10-1 vote, while HB 3364 passed on a unanimous 8-0 vote.
According to the Texas Legislative Council, a large number of bills are NEVER REPORTED OUT of committee and are considered to have 'died' there. The progress on both of these bills marks a significant milestone. We’re deeply grateful for the broad support that has helped us reach this point!
