🚗💜 One of the things I enjoy about being a mobile notary is the change of scenery!

No two appointments are exactly alike, and I get to travel to different places while helping people with their notary needs along the way.

A little time on the road, a change of scenery, and the opportunity to serve my community. That's mobile notary life! ✍️

Proudly serving Livingston Parish and surrounding areas.

💜 A Little Local Appreciation 💜

I’m truly grateful for the support I’ve received from my community and the opportunity to serve Livingston Parish and the surrounding areas.

Every referral, recommendation, review, and opportunity to help someone with their notary needs means more than you know. Thank you for supporting my small business and allowing me to be a part of your important moments!

📣 Friendly Reminder: Check Your Documents Before Your Notary Appointment!

Before your notary arrives, take a few minutes to look over your documents. Make sure you have all pages, the names are correct, and any information that needs to be completed is filled in.

One important thing: Leave signatures and dates blank unless your notary has specifically told you otherwise. Most documents need to be signed in the notary’s presence.

A little preparation can help your appointment go smoothly and prevent unnecessary delays or rescheduling. ✍️📄

💜 Mobile for your convenience!

Running on coffee, determination, and a whole lot of “I’ve got this.” ☕😂

It’s been a busy stretch lately, but I’m grateful for every client who trusts me to help get the job done.

Now… somebody remind me what sleep is. 😴💜

📣 Louisiana Notary PSA!

Did you know? In Louisiana, a notary’s signature is their seal. ✍️

That means a traditional rubber stamp or embossed seal is not required to make a Louisiana notarial act valid.

Those stamps and embossers can still be useful-and may be requested by a receiving agency, especially when documents are being used outside Louisiana or submitted for authentication.

So, yes… all those fancy seals are nice to have. 😉
But in Louisiana, the notary’s signature is the seal.⚜️

Just one of the little things that makes Louisiana notarial law unique! 💜💛

📣 Friendly reminder!

Don’t sign your documents until your notary arrives. ✍️

Have your documents and I.D. ready, but leave those signature lines blank. 😊
