If you just got your real estate license, this is your friendly warning from someone who's been doing this awhile...

You're going to have deals fall apart.
You're going to get ghosted.
You're going to meet some very interesting people.
You're going to walk into houses and discover things you can't unsee. 😳

And somehow, you'll still come back the next day and do it all over again.

The truth is, every successful agent has a collection of crazy stories, awkward moments, canceled contracts, and lessons learned the hard way.

So if you're new and wondering if you're doing it right—you're probably doing better than you think.

Keep showing up.
Keep learning.
Keep laughing.

One day you'll be the experienced agent telling the new agents, "Oh, just wait until you see what happens next..." 😂🏡
