"Derby Notary is a mobile and online notary service and Notary Permit Runner (NPR) service. Happily helping both residential and commercial clients in Volusia county and surrounding areas, with all their Notarizing and Permitting needs. Our regular hours are: Monday through Friday: 9am - 6pm, and Saturday: 10am - 2pm *After-hour appointments are available at an additional fee. *Appointments are available on Holidays but only for case-by-case consideration at an additional fee."
