SOLD in Avalon Estates in Boynton Beach!! I was very lucky to meet these wonderful buyers 25 years ago when I sold them a Tiffany Trace home in Boca Country Club. Years later they decided to move north, so I sold that home for them. They moved again to the West coast only to realize they wanted to move back to Boca, so I sold them in Boca Woods Country Club. After 10+ years, they decided to sell again, so I sold that home for them & Avalon became my 5th sale! This is the part of my job that I truly love. Finding the best home for the value that corresponds to their needs. Then selling that property with a nice profit with a forever friendship.
