First time home seller here - look no further than Gary! Like many here, I chose Gary based on his glowing recommendations, they are spot on and I couldn't be happier with his services. Gary really excels at communication, I never needed to chase him, he ALWAYS got back to me promptly and I never had to wait til the next day or chase him about anything. He is extremely knowledgeable about houses, he was able to tell us all sorts of things about our home that we didn't know. He has a real eye for detail, not just in looking at the home/market but also in paying attention to contracts etc. I am an annoying 'details person', which can make me difficult to please - I didn't ever have to worry with him, he was so on top of everything and is so detail orientated. This could have been a very stressful experience, but Gary's knowledge, attention to detail and communication made it so easy. Gary gave us excellent advise on how to present our home optimally and arranged photos that made it look its best. As a result we had multiple above asking offers in just two days! He helped us navigate which offer was the best and suited our needs. He was able to address issues promptly thanks to his extensive knowledge and experience, giving us solid advise and keeping us updated throughout and closing was very straight forward. We couldn't be happier with how well the house sold and how easy Gary was to work with. It felt great being able to relax and let his experience 'handle it', knowing we were in good hands. Cannot recommend him highly enough, 11/10.

After our father passed away, my brother and sister and I had the difficult task of selling our dad’s house. Choosing the right realtor was no easy task. Acting on the recommendation of family members who used Gary Pollard to sell their home, we contacted Gary. When Gary arrived, we were not disappointed. He came prepared with listings and sales statistics of similar properties within a five-mile radius. His recommendations for a listing price, staging and prepping dad’s house for photos and showings, exceptional sales brochure and an outstanding sales strategy led to multiple offers within one week! We sold dad’s house for well above our asking price! Gary’s personable attitude, expertise and knowledge of the real estate market made his commission well worth it! He was always available to quickly respond to our questions. Gary treats you like family and has become our family’s realtor! It was a real pleasure helping my long time friend and former Realtor, John Cole, and Alicia Caldara with their recent home purchase. If you want a Realtor that works hard, has excellent industry knowledge and communication skills, thinks creatively, follows through and is likeable, choose Gary Pollard.
