Celebrating this closing with a happy heart! ❤️

I had the opportunity to connect the buyer and seller of this Dell Rapids home before it ever hit the public market. But what made this sale so great was the people involved. Both were absolutely awesome to work with.

Thank you both for trusting me along the way. Congratulations on your next chapters! 🏡

Your next chapter is brewing. Love your coffee. Love where you live.

I’d be happy to give you guidance on which home updates would be worthwhile, help you create a plan for any necessary updates/repairs, and give you an estimated current market value for your property. No pressure or obligation—just helpful information so you can make confident decisions when the time is right. Feel free to reach out anytime! I love helping sellers.
