Remote Online Notarization was enacted in Florida in January of 2020. There are not a lot of us out there so this service is not widely known. I can notarize documents under Florida law via video and audio. In most instances the pricincipal and witness do not have to be in the same location, nor do they need to be in state. This is an excellent service to provide to keep people safe during COVID 19. If you or anyone you know needs my services, please reach out. I will also perform mobile notarization for those who do not have access to audio / video.
