Because a true lakeside retreat is all about slow mornings and effortless entertaining, we designed this secondary kitchenette to keep the main working kitchen clutter-free. We kept the aesthetic modern and crisp, pairing clean lines with a sleek, full-wall tile backsplash that beautifully catches the lake light. Complete with a curated coffee station and a built-in beverage fridge, it’s a small footprint that delivers major luxury.

We built this spacious utility room to handle the heavy lifting without sacrificing an ounce of style. Instead of traditional open clutter, we designed aesthetic storage cubbies that utilize a mix of hooks, curated baskets, and pantry-style cabinets to keep everything hidden but accessible.

Looking back at the corners of this custom home that we adore. Designed for a large family, the floor plan prioritized connection by incorporating multiple entertaining spaces throughout the layout. Out back, a relaxing sunroom served as a space that provided a quiet escape from the busier parts of the house. Every inch of this project was intentional, balancing the needs of a bustling household with secluded spaces for peace.
