⚖️ **VICTORY AFTER A LONG FIGHT FOR FREEDOM!** ⚖️
After weeks of fighting against our client’s continued ICE detention, we finally received the news we have been working and praying for: **OUR CLIENT IS BEING RELEASED!** 🙌
Six weeks ago, a **Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus** was filed challenging our client’s continued detention. We refused to stop advocating for her while she remained detained—even though there were **no pending immigration charges against her and she had relief pending before USCIS.**
Today, that fight has resulted in what matters most: **FREEDOM and REUNIFICATION WITH HER FAMILY.** ❤️
Due process matters. The right to challenge detention matters. No person should simply be forgotten behind the walls of a detention facility while their case and legal rights remain unresolved.
These are the moments that remind us why we continue fighting, even when the process is long, frustrating, and difficult.
