December 2025 in Panama 🇵🇦

No big plan. No checklist. No perfectly mapped goals.
Just a quiet pause before the year turned… and pretending I wasn’t already thinking about what’s next 😅

Reflecting on everything 2025 brought—the growth, the challenges, and the moments that definitely didn’t make it online.

Stepping into 2026 grounded, clear, and ready for new clients, new challenges, and whatever plot twists come next ✨

After a $43M in closed sales in 2024, 2025 was a year of resilience💪. As a solo agent who didn’t grow up here, I’ve had to build my own foundation—one brick of grit and one act of service at a time.✨

Closing $30M+ in this year’s shifting landscape proved, you just need to stay strong, stay kind, and stay in motion.🏃‍♀️

Here are the 5 principles I used to navigate the shift:

1️⃣ Stay in motion. Confucius says “the boat will naturally straighten when it reaches the bridge,” but if you stop rowing, you’ll never even see the bridge. This year taught me that when challenges arise, you don’t pause—you double down.

2️⃣ Build your own family. I didn’t have local roots, so I grew them. 90% of my clients have an international background, speak multiple languages, and have lived across the globe.. By being the #1 resource for the SD multi-lingual community, I learned that when you support your tribe, they become the foundation that keeps you standing.

找到你的族群，支持他們，成為他們的資源，你就會成功。

3️⃣Collaboration is the Key. In a tight market, your network is your net worth. Going above and beyond for my clients and peers is how “no-deals” become “closings.” A huge thank you to my amazing luxury coast group and to all the agents across the industry who collaborated with and supported me this year. Success is a team sport.

4️⃣ Firm principles, kind heart. “Smile when you are ready.” I choose to be 100% my kind self, even when the world is unfair. I am 100% firm when it comes to my clients’ interests. Kindness is my nature; excellence is my standard.

5️⃣ Luxury is a Lifestyle, Not a Price Tag. I’ve leaned deeper into the “Lifestyle” aspect of luxury. When marketing or educating, I don’t just talk numbers; I talk about the soul of the home and the quality of life
