We discuss the benefits of mediation when bringing up the topic of divorce with your spouse. It's important for both parties to feel comfortable with the mediator, who will be neutral yet in control of the proceedings. Mediation is a flexible process designed to empower both parties and work towards a resolution, even if you can get a dissolution without your spouse's consent in California.
