Radford Scott LLP

Radford Scott LLP A skilled and compassionate Georgia law firm specializing in civil rights and employment litigation. Job loss is hard. Now, you do.

We understand what it’s like to feel anxious and conflicted about your next move, discouraged because you don’t have anyone on your side. Finding an employment attorney is one thing: finding one with the skill and experience to make a difference is another. At Radford & Keebaugh, we understand employment law in Georgia. We have represented clients from a wide array of industries and at all stages

of legal proceedings. We have fought and won disputes against employers big and small, public and private. We have developed a reputation in the legal industry for professionalism and expertise in the practice of employment law. Not all firms can offer reliable, responsive service. Our attorneys are readily available, working closely with you to achieve the best possible outcome in court or to negotiate a fair settlement on your behalf. We strive to be authoritative and tenacious in the courtroom but humane and approachable as people. While litigation is always available as a last resort, we strive to resolve disputes favorably whenever possible. When you work with us, you’ll learn what to ask for and expect in a fair severance agreement, how to evaluate future employment contracts, and how to make a discreet, professionally equitable exit from a job. Above all, you’ll take back control of your employment future – and move forward with confidence.
