One of the biggest misconceptions after a car accident:

People think every accident automatically means a huge settlement.

That’s not how it works.

The value of a case can depend on:
• the severity of injuries
• medical treatment
• available insurance coverage
• property damage
• documentation and evidence

If you’re hurt and never go get medically necessary treatment, you’re giving the insurance company an argument they’ll gladly use against you.

Getting better isn’t just important for your health — it creates the evidence needed to protect your case.

Help yourself get better. Let us handle the heavy lifting.

Why you should never take the first "No" as a final answer. ⚖️💰

We recently closed a slip-and-fall case that almost didn't happen. Our client stepped out of an elevator, slipped on a wet floor, and was injured.

The catch? There was a "Wet Floor" sign nearby. ⚠️

Two or three other attorneys turned this case down immediately because they saw that sign as a "game over." But at our firm, we don't just look at the surface; we ask the follow-up questions that others miss.

The Winning Detail: The sign wasn't in front of the elevator—it was tucked around a corner. Our client had no way of seeing it until it was too late.

By digging into the facts, we were able to secure a $500,000 settlement for a client who was told they had no case.

Whether it's a car accident, a trucking injury, or a slip-and-fall, you deserve a lawyer who will fight for the recovery you actually deserve.

After a car accident, most people don’t realize that what they say in the first few minutes can affect their case later.

Simple phrases like:

❌ “I’m sorry”
❌ “I’m okay”
❌ “I think …”

can actually be used by insurance companies when fault and injuries are being evaluated.

These are normal things people say in stressful situations — but they can create serious problems if you’re trying to recover compensation after a crash.

We put together a short guide explaining three things you should avoid saying after an accident — and why they matter.

Is your lawyer working for you, or are you just working for their bottom line? 🤔

Choosing a personal injury attorney is one of the most important decisions you’ll make after an accident. But how do you know if you’ve made a mistake?

Watch out for these 3 signs:

📍 You’re a Number, Not a Client: Large "billboard" firms often prioritize volume over victims. You need a partner, not a processor.
📍 Lack of Transparency: Knowledge is power. If your legal team leaves you in the dark about the "how" and "why" of your case, they’re failing you.
📍 Radio Silence: Communication is the foundation of trust. If they can’t be bothered to return a call, they aren't treating your case with the urgency it deserves.

At the end of the day, you deserve to be empowered, informed, and heard. Anything less is unacceptable.

What is the first thing you look for when evaluating a facility’s safety protocols?

"We entrust the care of our children to daycare facilities with the expectation that they will provide a safe environment that complies with Georgia standards. When a child is hurt due to negligence or abuse while in daycare, that trust has been betrayed."

Most people don’t realize this…

One social media post after a car accident can cost you hundreds of thousands of dollars.

We recently handled a case where a client had:
• MRI-confirmed injuries
• a surgical recommendation
• strong medical documentation

But after the accident, they posted vacation photos smiling and having a great time.

The insurance company brought those photos into mediation and argued:

“If they’re really hurt… why do they look fine here?”

Was the client actually injured?
Yes.

Did the photos still hurt the case?
Also yes.

Insurance companies look for your social media posts after an accident — and they absolutely use them against you.

If you’re injured after a crash, the safest move is simple:

Stay off social media until your case is resolved.

It can make a real difference.

Insurance companies don’t waste time after an accident—and there’s a reason for that.
They’ll call you quickly and offer a small settlement, hoping you take it before you understand what your case is actually worth.

But here’s what they don’t want you to know:The longer your claim is open, the more opportunity you have to get proper treatment, build medical records, and document your injuries.
And those records? That’s what increases the value of your case.

A quick settlement might sound good in the moment—but it often benefits the insurance company far more than it benefits you.

Make sure you understand your options before accepting anything.

After a car accident, most people try to do the “right thing” — and that’s exactly when insurance companies take advantage.

Here are 3 myths that can ruin your claim:

❌ Thinking the insurance company will be fair
❌ Talking to the adjuster before hiring a lawyer
❌ Skipping medical treatment

One recorded statement or gap in treatment can be used to reduce what you’re owed.

If you’ve been hurt, protect yourself and get the treatment you deserve.
