It sounds like a joke, but the State’s Attorney and her lawyer are not laughing.

In the digital age, a "No Contact Order" isn't just about staying away from a house or a workplace. It covers every single digital footprint.

When you hit "send" on that comment, or even just "like" a photo, you are creating a permanent timestamped record of you violating a Court Order.

Here is the reality of the situation:
❌ The Ex doesn’t see a "fire emoji" she sees an opportunity.
❌ The Judge sees a Class A Misdemeanor.
❌ The Prosecutor sees a reason to revoke your pretrial release and issue a warrant for your arrest.

Don't hand the other side the evidence they need to destroy you wrapped in a screenshot. If you are navigating an Order of Protection or have already made a mistake online, we need to mitigate the damage immediately.
