I’m so proud of this young man. Our paths crossed 2 years ago and I was struck by his maturity, determination and his positive attitude.
He expressed his interest in real estate. I hear this all the time so I needed to test his resolve.
1st test, I gave him a few ebooks. He came back with some questions from his reading. Came back few weeks later, said he is done. Wo!
2nd test, come help me with this rehab project we are doing. He showed up early and brought along another person. Wo!
3rd test, go get pre-approved. Done! Wo!
4th test, get signed up on an MLS service. Done. Wo!
5th test, run numbers on properties. Done. Wo!
6th test, go see some properties then place a bid. Done. Wo!
7th test, won the bid, now find roommates. Done. Wo!
8th close on home!!! 🏠 Done. Wo!
He spoke on what he wanted to do. He listened. He learned. He researched. He put into ACTION!
This is the first of many to come.
