Overall this was a tough year for me, the market shifted and I definitely didn’t hit my sales goals. I finished the year with 7 million in sales, but the struggle was real. Ending the year with a Bang though. My buyer just had his offer accepted on a beautiful property in Longwood. With that I now have 1.5 million pending for January! Let’s go!
