This great home has sold and the new homeowner couldn't wait to move in.

Representing this seller was a pleasure. We were most impressed that he didn't just rest on the laurels of this mad, mad market. He spent a lot of time fixing small things and cleaning because he didn't want the buyers to "have any disappointments when they moved in". That included things that the buyers are never likely to notice. Class act.
