Oliv Notary Services is licensed, bonded, & insured in the State of Florida. We are mobile & available evenings & weekends.

TIPS
• DO NOT sign documents ahead of time. Signer must personally appear and sign in the presence of the notary.
• Signer must present proper ID - driver's license or ID, passport, armed forces or veteran health ID card, inmate ID card, or green card.
• Inform the notary if a witness is required.
• Complete all documents with no blanks, whiteouts, or postdates. Further, all document pages must be available during appointment.

Travel fees are separate from notarization fees.
Base fee - $10 under 5 miles + $10/per notary stamp.
Hospital/nursing home base fee - $30 under 5 miles + $10/per notary stamp.

We accept payment by cash, CashApp, PayPal, & Zelle.
