When I first moved into my unit there were a few things that were not functioning properly. I’ve had previous experiences with other landlords that have made me weary in the past, so I was not very happy and was very frustrated. Throughout the whole process, Katie and Liz were patient and kind with me. They understood how I felt and Agora did what they could to make it right and that’s all that matters to me. The unit is beautiful and clean and Katie and Liz are an absolute asset to your company
