Attorney Robert Gresham with Wright & Schulte said they’re goal with filing more lawsuits and helping those impacted is for Kettering Health to take responsibility for the incident and to see some change moving forward.

"When that digital background fails, care fails and that’s what these lawsuits about. They're about accountability for a breakdown. That was foreseeable, preventable, and harmful. You can't sell continuity of care and then have these types of failures and these types of breaches," said Gresham.
