It is with heavy hearts that the team of DiPierro Consultants (Gaylisa Carr, Kim Davis) announce the passing of our dear mentor and great friend, Dean DiPierro. He was a light in this world, and we must continue to shine that light. Please celebrate the time you were able to share with this man by continuing to advocate for prison reform and protect the rights of inmates in America. Dean left this world on August 5, 2021, but we can find solace in knowing that he is free from pain and in a better place. We all have special memories of Dean that we will always carry in our heart. At this time of sadness we ask that you refrain from leaving any negative comments. 😪

Video recordings have become a pivotal piece of discovery for the accused to defend against false allegations. This evidence can be used to protect the Defendant's constitutional rights and ensure that they receive a fair trial in light of the lies and falsehoods being told by law enforcement and the prosecutors. Evidence/Discovery can affect the outcome of a case substantially. It can be the determining factor whether a Defendant receives a death sentence, life sentence, or is acquitted of the charges he/she is being held to answer to.

When accused of a crime, we are told that we have the right to remain silent. Anything we say CAN AND WILL be used against us. This is true even for those who maintain self defense claims. In the legal atmosphere the words you use, may cost you your freedom. Always remain silent and invoke your right to counsel.
